Earls, Canada
Earls is one of my favourite places to eat dinner in Banff and it was a winner with my family when they came and visited too. It looks quite fancy and therefore the first time I went there I expected it to be rather expensive. However I was plesantly suprised, it has a great atmosphere, reaonsable prices, great service and a gluten free menu.
All three times I have been to Earls I have ordered the Los Cabos Chicken Tacos (two grilled white corn tortillas, spiced tomato poached chicken, melted cheddar and jalapeno jack cheese, avocado corn salsa, shredded lettuce and cabbage, honey lime dressing, chopped cilantro and salsa picante). They are absolutately delicious and only cost $11.50 + GST + a tip.
For those of you who are watching what you eat here is the nutritional information:
Earls also have drinks specials most nights of the week including marguarita Mondays ($4.99 each), double cocktail Thursdays (2oz’s for $6.99) and weekend martinis ($1 off on Friday and Saturday).
Last time I went to Earls I happened to go on a Monday and tried their grapefruit and passionfruit marguarita’s. Both were amazing, my favourite being the grapefruit one.
Earls has locations across Canada and the US – check out the full list here.
