The Organic Pomegranate – Newtown, Sydney
Feb 13th
Before I left Australia to go to the USA and then come to Canada (where I will be living until September) I had lots of brunch, lunch and dinner dates to say ‘au revoir’ to my friends. You see when you tell people you are going overseas in a month for a couple of years they tend to want to catch up at least once before you leave!
These farewells were a great time for me to test out all the places I had been meaning to eat at but never got around to.

Chocol’Art, Randwick
Feb 1st
Chocol’Art was a regular dessert place that my friend and I went to after visiting Ten Japanese restaurant.
Everytime I went there I would have a chai latte (which is delicious), and then if I felt like being a bit naughty I would also get a dessert. More gluten free options at Moo Gourmet Burgers
Nov 8th

This is exciting news for me as whilst I enjoyed the Moo burgers that I had, I was disappointed with the small selection available for us glutards. This change means that starting November 7, 17 of the 20 options can be gluten free when More >
Badde Manors Cafe, Glebe – allergy and vegetarian friendly
Jun 7th
I often end up in Glebe for dinner as it’s near my place, there is such a range of restaurants (including some amazing Mexican places) and the atmosphere is great. Often after dinner I go looking for somewhere to have coffee and dessert (since I cannot have anything at San Churro’s). One night my friend suggested Badde Manors Cafe, a cute little cafe which offers a number of gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and nut free options. While I haven’t eaten a meal there (they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner) the menu looks amazing with options including a grilled haloumi salad, More >
