Be sure and try Udi’s Gluten Free Breads for me! I’ve heard their breads are the bomb!
Also many chips (Lays, Fritos, Doritos) are gluten free

Udi’s breads are pretty good! I can just defrost a piece and eat it as is without having to toast it. Thanks for the tip re chips – it seems that a lot of things here that aren’t gluten free in ANZ are here which is great!!

Intriguing as to why you are in the US for 3 months but I know you would have told us if you’d wanted to.

Speaking of the US, I was searching various videos earlier during this week and discovered an interesting ‘celiac disease’ cure that works for those with gluten intolerance and coeliac disease. It was developed by Dr Wise some years back and he has managed to cure his wife and 4000 others from the issue, allowing them to resume a normal gluten-containing diet. The practice is based in OK.
