It was developed by Dr Wise some years back and he has managed to cure his wife and 4000 others from the issue, allowing them to resume a normal gluten-containing diet. The practice is based in OK. I can just defrost a piece and eat it as is without having to toast it. Thanks for the tip re chips - it seems that a lot of things here that aren't gluten free in ANZ are here which is great!!
