Basco Apricot & Apple Cereal
Last year I was lucky enough to be sent to the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove in Queensland for a work conference. When registering for the conference I specified my requirement for gluten free options and left it at that. Well let’s just say that over the three day conference I was more than impressed.
At all meals the staff were very knowledgeable and let me know which were the gluten free options or provided me with a special meal. I have to say though, of all meals, I was highly impressed at breakfast time. They had a buffet which included yoghurts, cereals, bacon, eggs, toast and spreads etc. Much to my delight they stocked both gluten free cereal and bread!
The gluten free cereal that they had on offer was Basco’s Apricot & Apple cereal. I had never tried any of Basco’s cereals as I thought they looked a bit plain. However, I was suprised that the cereal was actually very tasty, especially with the fresh dates on offer
