LEDA Bakery
I didn’t really eat biscuits/cookies that often before going gluten free so I don’t often look for gluten free versions. However at work one day we had an all day conference and my manager was nice enough to buy some LEDA Choc Chip & Golden Crunch Cookies.
These cookies were absolutely delicious – so much so that it wasn’t just me (the glutard) going back for more. I couldn’t even decide which flavour I liked better! They were almost too good as by the end of the day all of us felt rather ill.
The cookies are available in Coles in the cakes/bakery section, and independent supermarkets and health food stores.
If you haven’t tried LEDA’s Chocolate Rum Balls you must try these also! Check out my post about them here.
Take a look at LEDA’s website to check out all their products.
Do you find that you buy things that you wouldn’t have bought before just because they are gluten free?

Definitely a sucker to buy any new product I come across just because it’s labelled gluten free!
I’ve tried these biscuits and they certainly are a winner. Given how many you get in the pack they’re also economical – a bit of a rarity with gluten free treats!

Totally agree – for the first couple of years after going gluten free I would buy anything that said gluten free – I have settled down a bit these days which is good!
