Coco Chocolate – gluten free

The first time I walked into Coco Chocolate in Kirribilli it was in the middle of summer and therefore it was some ridiculously high temperature outside. As I walked into the air conditioned Coco Chocolate store I gave a sigh of relief to which the friendly staff member noted that they always keep their shop at an optimum temperature for the chocolate.

Valentine’s Day cupcakes

Since tomorrow is Valentine’s Day I decided to spend my Sunday morning making Valentine’s Day treats! I decided on cupcakes because they are fun to decorate.
I was deciding whether to make vanilla flavoured cupcakes with rosewater icing or whether I should flavour the cupcakes with rosewater. In the end I decided to stick with the vanilla flavoured cupcakes and have a bit of fun with the icing. I used a simple icing recipe of icing sugar, butter, water, rosewater essence and food colouring.
