Nourish, Banff
Nov 8th
Just when you thought there could not be anymore restaurants in Banff with gluten free options. I have one more for now… and it’s a good one.
It took me 10 months of living in Banff and finally in my last month of living there I got around to visiting Nourish. I had been told that I would love it and that no matter what I had to try the nachos. Now as mentioned in my last post I am not a big fan of Canadian nachos due to the lack of toppings, however the ones at Nourish have 27 ingredients More >

Sydney put on an absolutely beautiful day yesterday for WOOP! Rolling Festival, a festival to celebrate the completion of the Bourke Street cycle way which runs from Waterloo to Woolloomooloo. I forgot to take a photo of the end result, but if you are taking it to a party as finger food just cut it up into small squares More >
Easy & tasty vegetarian & gluten free wraps

I was recently introduced to the company Syndian, a company who produce completely natural products, meaning no additives, supplements, enhancers, emulsifiers, flavorings, binders, preservatives coloring or boosters! Now it wasn’t this that attracted me to their products, it was the fact that because their products are natural it means that they are gluten free. They are also vegetarian and mostly dairy free and vegan.

I stocked up on some of the burger patties and bites when I visited their factory shop in Mulgrave, NSW to store in the freezer for quick and easy More >
